Our Mediation and Arbitration Services

Every dispute has a solution if the parties are willing.  The key to a successful mediated settlement is an effective professional who can see all sides of a dispute, build a narrative that gets to the essence of an issue, and help the parties achieve their objectives.  Our Mediation and Arbitration Services practice group leader, Kurt Peterson, is a skilled mediator and can guide you and your clients to a successful conclusion to a dispute.  Kurt works with counsel to create a mediation strategy that will fit the particular needs of the dispute, acting with impartiality, confidentiality, and a belief that each party has self-determination in the process.

The attorneys in our Mediation and Arbitration practice group also act as arbitrators in litigated matters, using their wide breadth of experience to effectively and efficiently decide disputes both as court-appointed and privately retained arbitrators.
