Sharon Rudnick Elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers

Harrang Long Gary Rudnick P.C. (HLGR) is pleased to announce that our own Sharon Rudnick has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.

The AAAL was founded in 1990 to advance the administration of justice and promote the highest standards of professionalism and advocacy in appellate courts. Fellowship in the academy is available by invitation only. A candidate must be nominated, and the nomination must be seconded by current Academy Fellows. Nominees are thoroughly vetted by obtaining candid evaluations of their qualifications, experience, and character from judges and practitioners who are familiar with their work. Candidates then must be elected to the fellowship by the Academy’s Board of Directors. The list of Academy Fellows reads like a Who’s Who of American appellate practitioners. Sharon will be the twelfth Oregon lawyer and the third HLGR lawyer (joining Jim Mountain and Bill Gary) to be welcomed into the Fellowship.
