New Oregon Health Authority Rule Requires COVID-19 Vaccination or Testing in Healthcare Settings
On August 5, 2021, the Oregon Health Authority filed a final temporary rule requiring COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing for individuals who work in healthcare settings. This temporary rule, OAR 333-019-1010, is currently effective, but the Oregon Health Authority will not begin assessing civil penalties for failure to comply with the rule until September 30, 2021.
