Trial, Insurance, and Arbitration Attorney
Vivian Krupicka’s practice focuses on civil litigation.
Vivian has spent her career in criminal and civil litigation and has substantial deposition, mediation, arbitration, motion, and trial experience.
Vivian is a 2012 cum laude graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School. Having clerked at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office during law school, Vivian began her practice as a deputy DA for an additional five years, gaining significant experience in motion and trial work along with a host of other matters.
Vivian moved to private civil practice in 2017, when she joined one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. There, Vivian was engaged in litigation for a robust range of insurance defense matters including tort, property damage, contract, premises liability, subrogation, and other claims.
How I Serve Clients
I use my prior litigation experience in criminal and civil matters to provide well rounded, practical advice prior to litigation and throughout the entire process. Litigation can be stressful, and I aim to keep my clients informed about what they can anticipate and what is happening to reduce that stress as much as possible. When litigation is not the best option, I work to ensure the best possible results based on the specific needs of each client.
