bob-steringer-sm As reported in the Register Guard, Judge Rasmussen of the Lane County Circuit Court granted a motion filed by HLGR shareholder Bob Steringer on behalf of the City of Eugene to dismiss a declaratory judgment action asserting that the Eugene City Charter requires a city-wide vote before the City agrees to approve construction of bus rapid transit service in West Eugene.
