HLGR Attorneys Win Oregon Public Records Case

On Friday, April 20, Judge Thomas Hart of the Marion County Circuit Court ruled that the Oregon Justice Department deliberately withheld documents that should have been made available to HLGR client, Mark Long. Long was the former interim director of the Oregon Energy Department who sued John Kroger and the state in 2011 alleging they failed to comply with Oregon’s Public Records Act.
