Steringer Authors Chapter for OSB’s Oregon Constitutional Law 2013 Edition

HLGR attorney Bob Steringer contributed a chapter to Oregon Constitutional Law, a new BarBook published by the Oregon State Bar.

Steringer authored the “Contract Clause” chapter. Steringer also served on the Board of Editors for the publication.
