Steringer and Landau Author Chapters for OSB’s Oregon Constitutional Law 2022 Edition

HLGR shareholders Bob Steringer and Aaron Landau contributed to the 2022 update of Oregon Constitutional Law, a BarBook published by the Oregon State Bar.

Steringer served on the Board of Editors for the publication and updated the “Contract Clause” chapter he originally authored about the Oregon Constitution’s prohibition against laws impairing the obligation of contracts.

Steringer and Landau, along with co-author Katherine Thomas, contributed a major update to the publication’s “Separation of Powers” chapter detailing the Oregon Constitution’s distribution of governmental power among the legislative, executive, and judicial branches.

A full copy of the 2013 edition can be ordered through the OSB’s website.
