Adoption of Public Meetings Law (PML) Rules by Oregon Government Ethics Commission

On September 20, the Oregon Government Ethics Commission adopted and amended several rules relating to the administration and enforcement of the Public Meetings Law.  Topics include guidance on which governing bodies and which meetings are subject to the Public Meetings Law, requirements for public attendance and access at meetings, and notice requirements.
