Samuel Rayburn Joins HLGR’s Closely-Held Business and Corporate Business Law Practices in Portland
Sam joined HLGR on October 20, 2014 and will work closely with the firm’s attorneys in the Business Department, specifically the Closely-Held Business and Corporate Law practices. Previously, Sam worked for Robbins Umeda LLP, a securities law firm in San Diego, where he investigated factual claims for shareholder derivative and class action complaints. He also clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Civil Litigation/Trial Division, and previously worked at HLGR as a summer associate in both our Eugene and Portland offices
Sam received his J.D. from Willamette University School of Law in 2014, where he served as an executive editor of the Willamette Law Review, an article editor for the Sports Law Journal, and was a contributor to Willamette Law Online.
