HLGR is pleased to announce that Richard L. Larson has joined the firm as part of our growing business practice in Eugene.
Richard Larson joined HLGR in November 2013, so he could enjoy the synergies of working with other business attorneys in Eugene and Portland while expanding the legal services available to his clients. Rick’s established law practice will continue to focus on estate planning as well as real estate transactions and financing, including low-income housing tax credit matters. He also advises clients in a wide variety of industries and occupations regarding legal and tax considerations incident to the formation, expansion, sale, and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and associations.
“Our law firm continues to evolve since its formation in 1957,” said Jens Schmidt, firm president. “Our group has become increasingly focused on business law and litigation over the years. We now have a successful business practice in Portland and a growing business practice in Eugene. Having Rick join us in this endeavor is evidence that our vision for the Eugene office is becoming reality. We are excited to bring Rick and his clients into the fold.”
Richard Larson joins business attorney, J. Lee Lashway, mediator and trial attorney, Daniel L. Harris, and new associate, John R. Roberts as other recent additions to the Eugene office. Prior to joining HLGR, Richard Larson was a partner with Johnson Johnson Larson & Schaller PC in Eugene.
