Heather’s practice focuses on the defense of clients in malpractice, product liability and personal injury claims and defending health care professionals before their licensing boards. She has extensive experience representing insureds in litigation matters in Oregon state and federal courts.
In addition to her experience in private practice, Heather also worked at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office and worked in-house at a major insurance carrier, enabling her to understand insurance cases from both sides—a perspective that is valuable in defending her current clients. Prior to entering the legal field, Heather was a member of the United States Army working as a Polish language interrogator.
