Covering in the Legal Profession

Harrang Long P.C. attorney Alyson Sneider’s article entitled “Covering in the Legal Profession” was published in the July/August edition of the Multnomah Lawyer newsletter. Authored as part of Alyson’s service on the Multnomah Bar Association’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the article discusses the idea that society demands that disfavored identities be minimized, and how that manifests in the context of the legal profession.
