Oregon pioneered statewide land-use planning in the 1970s. We’ve been advisors to land-use policy-makers ever since. Law and public policy often intersect with significant consequences throughout Oregon’s complex mix of local and state land use regulation. When the intricate maze of land use regulations, codes, plans, and statutes must be navigated to realize the full potential of a project for a public or private client, we can tap the deep experience of former Attorney General Dave Frohnmayer, and several former Deputy Attorneys General, County Counsel, and City Attorneys, all of whom are part of our practice, as well as a former Director of Oregon’s Land Conservation and Development Commission with whom we have a strategic alliance.
