Steringer and Matthews Author Chapters for OSB’s Oregon Constitutional Law 2013 Edition

HLGR attorneys, Bob Steringer and Jeff Matthews each contributed a chapter to Oregon Constitutional Law, a new BarBook published by the Oregon State Bar.

Steringer authored the “Contract Clause” chapter and Matthews authored the “Right to Bear Arms” chapter. Steringer also served on the Board of Editors for the publication.
