Joshua P. Stump has been practicing law since 1997 and focuses his practice on matters involving complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on business/contract, employment and product liability litigation. Josh also has experience in intellectual property, asbestos and other mass tort litigation, administrative law, municipal, civil rights and appeals.

Memberships/Affiliations

Josh has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of mass tort litigation/class action-defendants for 2013. He is admitted to practice in the Oregon and Washington State Courts and the United States District Court, District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section, Washington State Bar Litigation Section, Multnomah Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Josh is also a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

Education

Josh received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University.
